Episode 47: How Small Wonders Can Change Your Life

Game On Girlfriend Ep47 Title Graphic

In the conversation you’re about to hear, my guest Sarah Coniglio, will walk us through her entrepreneurial journey, and the path the pandemic lead her to walk, and hear how small wonders can change your life.

So, there we all were, hanging out in the beginning of March, 2020 with our beautiful innocent selves, having no idea what was about to happen.

But happen it did. I won’t make you relive it too much, but living through the that shut down, with its shelter in place orders, everything-suddenly-virtual world wasn’t the easiest shift.

Oh, and add in the general hum of fear and anxiety about a pandemic we didn’t yet understand, and wow. That was quite the recipe for angst soup.

And this week, especially as it’s the week of Thanksgiving, I couldn’t think of a more perfect guest to bring to you on the podcast…because my guest this week knows how to find beauty in pretty much everything and understands how small wonders can change your life.

She even found it during that time of stress and insecurity and unpredictability. It’s a beautiful talent and I can’t wait for you to hear about how she does it.

My guest, Sarah Coniglio is a Travel and Social Impact Photographer. Can we just hang with that for a second?

How freaking cool is that title? A Travel and Social Impact Photographer. Talk about creating a career based on passion and talent.

Her work immediately fosters a feeling of gratitude, and sighs (and even squeals) of delight from those who get to see it.

Sarah’s traveled to over 25 countries capturing their beauty with her camera. While traveling, she’s also worked with non-profits, using her 18 years of experience in the fundraising industry, to help them grow and gain awareness, through photo journalism.

You’re about to hear how much joy Sarah finds in her work (and how much joy her work brings to others), and it lead her to found Project WonderFULL in April of 2019. This is her latest labor of love and her purpose. She designed Project WonderFULL to bring the beauty of the world to all of us through her photography.

And get this…

Every time you purchase one of her prints, part of that money goes to support charities all over the world.

But for now, during this week where we practice gratitude and learn how to enjoy the small beauties around us, Sarah is the perfect guest to kick off that tradition with us.

So let’s get to it and find out how small wonders can change your life.
