OMG. I’m so embarrassed. I mean, who freaking talks about their morning routine? LOL! Um, I guess I do! I swear this is one of the questions I get asked all the time.
It goes something like this:
- What do you really do when you wake up in the morning?
- Do you really get up early and work out? WHY do you do that?
- Sarah, what 3 things do successful people do with their mornings? And do those things even matter?
- What do you eat for breakfast?
- How do you manage family responsibilities with personal and business responsibilities?
In this episode of Sarah Uncut, I do my best to honestly describe and share what I do.

And remember, if you’re not a morning person, you’re fine. Don’t believe the hype that if you don’t do “all the things” before 6:00am you’re going to be a failure.
That’s total nonsense.
However, as a women these days, we do need to find ways to steal back time for the rest of the world. I highly recommend you find a time of day when other people aren’t on their devices or emailing you like mad.
That way, you can actually get done what you need to get done without the world’s agenda banging its big ugly fists on your mind.
One final thing:
I really do believe our phones are weapons of mass distraction. Please, for the love of all things, buy yourself a $5.00 alarm clock that uses batteries and get that life-sucker out of your bedroom. 😉
