I made the biggest mistake when I started out my business and really started to grow.
I was having such a great time helping women launch and grow businesses, the results were incredible, and people were loving it.
And then I got handed a big business lesson: Know when to fire the clients that aren’t right for you and get them out of your space as quickly as possible.
The damage that keeping them does to your psyche is never (EVER) worth the money.
Every minute you spend worrying about what to do or hating seeing their name in your inbox or their number on your phone … those are minutes you could be using to sell, to help someone else or be creative in your own business.
Enjoy my little story in this episode (seriously, allowing this woman into my world devastated me, I’m embarrassed to say), because I’d much rather you learn from my mistakes than have to make them yourself. I say we let my boo-boos work for both you and me.
