Episode 88: Understand Why You Eat What You Eat
I was on a call with one of my clients just a few weeks ago and she said something that other clients have mentioned to me as well.
It’s that moment when you truly get how much your energy matters, when you get that you are your business and you are your mission.
Without you, none of it works.
What she said was, “I’ve realized that not feeling healthy is one of the number one blocks to success in my business.”
Of course I pumped my arms up and down and got excited (yes, that’s something I do), because that is the
truth.
If we don’t understand what foods make us feel awful, and which ones make us feel amazing, then we’re
doing a huge disservice to our life’s work.
Taking care of your health as a woman is one of the more powerful ways we can succeed. You know how
it works … when you feel great, you do great things. When you feel horrible, nothing seems to work well.
So it’s with that in mind that I bring you Episode 88 of the Game On Girlfriend Podcast with Audrey
Zona.
You’re about to hear a bit about science, numbers and the power of food. Our bodies react in amazing ways to what we put in our mouths, and Audrey breaks it all down for us in this episode.
