So, in my unofficial study of life (LOL!), I’ve come to notice that about 90% of female business owners are scared to sell.
Yep, you read that right. Again, it’s unofficial. I don’t do research surveys for a living (one of my clients does, however — maybe I should call her!), but I can tell you, 9 out of 10 of my clients struggle with sales.
Over time, I’ve come to notice a trend in the beliefs that are killing sales. There are 3 that seem to stand out from the others, and I think we have a lot of the “bro” sales tactics we see out there.
You know, those guys who max out their credit cards to rent a private jet for 30 minutes to do a photoshoot? Yeah, those guys.
They’ve given sales a bad name, but we don’t have to let it stay that way.
