Warning: Personal Confessions of a Coach! – Sarah Uncut Episode 12

OMG. What a summer. Lots of food, great people. Here’s what I learned …

First of all, please forgive my voice on this one. I took my daughter to Disneyland for her birthday at the beginning of the week, and I still don’t have my voice back!

One too many screams on the Matterhorn, I think.

Anyway, in this episode, shot from my car (what is happening to me?), I share something super personal that I learned about myself while I was away from home all summer.

I learned that having dinner parties is something I’d like to do more of. My daughter calls it “Food, With a Side of People.”

There’s something magical that happens when we cook for our friends and all sit down and really enjoy a full meal together. One that was made with our own hands. It’s special, and it certainly doesn’t have to be fancy or expensive.

The other thing I learned is that real conversations are going to be a huge part of our lives going forward.

Obviously, I have deep conversations with my clients all the time. But I’ll be honest and say that  those kinds of conversations don’t translate over to my personal life as much as I’d like them to.

With the help of the “AND game” (which you can check out here), my friends and I explored some pretty deep and inspiring insights together.

I share my most personal in this video.

My hope is that in sharing it you recognize something amazing in yourself and learn more about who you want to be for those you love.

xo,
Sarah

I looked back at the questions I get asked most often when I speak around the country (mostly on Zoom lately, thanks COVID), and my team and I whittled this down to the 12 most commonly asked questions.

I created answer for each question with a short video. You can check out the whole series here. Or Catch these episodes:
