Your Soul Contract: You Already Know What It Is
You don't need a birth-name chart, a numerology report, or anyone else to tell you your purpose. You already know. The question is whether you're keeping it.
There's a thing you keep coming back to. The work people always come to you for. The gift you quietly decided wasn't practical enough to build a life around. That's not a mystery to be decoded. That's your soul contract — and you've known all along.
A soul contract is the gift, contribution, or purpose you already know you're here to bring into the world. In my work as a business coach, I don’t believe most people need to discover their soul contract. I believe they already know what it is. The real work is trusting it and stopping the habit of abandoning it for someone else’s roadmap. My belief is simple: you cannot keep your soul contract and stay broke.
What Is a Soul Contract?
A soul contract is the gift, contribution, or purpose you already know you're here to bring into the world. Call it your purpose, your calling, your gifts, or simply the thing you keep coming back to — the name matters less than the recognition.
I use the term a little differently than you may have seen it. Most of the internet treats a soul contract as something hidden — a set of karmic agreements you decode from your birth name before you were born. My meaning is grounded and present: it's the work that's yours to do in this life, and you don't need a chart to find it.
Most of us already know what ours is. The problem was never discovery. The problem is that somewhere along the way, we stopped trusting what we knew.
We followed someone else's roadmap. We decided what we wanted wasn't practical. We wondered how we'd ever make money doing it. And little by little, we moved further from ourselves.
What It Means to Keep Your Soul Contract
Knowing your soul contract isn't the point. Keeping it is. I frame this as keeping your agreement with the universe. You showing up, again and again, to do the thing you're actually here to do.
Take someone whose gift is baking pies that genuinely change people's day. Keeping their soul contract means baking the pies, running the business, yes, and also handing them out, giving them to friends, donating them. This being the free samples at the end of the aisle at Costco: you give a taste of your gift away, and people suddenly realize they need what you do. You weren't even there for cheesy cauliflower, and now you can't leave without it.
You're not here to give your gifts away for free and quietly resent your day job. You're here to be sustained by them. And every time you do give a piece away, it's invoicing the universe.
Your job is to keep the agreement. Keep showing up. Keep standing at the end of the aisle. Keep doing what you're here to do — with certainty that keeping it will take care of you.
"Hey Universe — I did this thing. I'm keeping my soul contract. If you could make sure I'm financially handled, that would be great." Then you go on with your day.
Why You Can't Keep Your Soul Contract and Stay Broke
My belief is simple: you cannot keep your soul contract and not become wealthy. Not because purpose is a magic shortcut to money, but because of what stops happening when you finally stop fighting who you are.
When you're living someone else's roadmap, you burn enormous amounts of energy maintaining a life that doesn't fit. Keep your soul contract instead, and that energy comes back. Your attention gets clearer. Your decisions get easier. Your gifts become more valuable. You start noticing opportunities you couldn't see before. And, not incidentally, you become available to receive.
You're not here to retire. You're here to keep your soul contract for as long as you can, and enjoy the hell out of every minute.

How to Find Your Soul Contract
Finding your soul contract is really remembering it. You're not searching for information you don't have; you're getting honest about what you already know and have been talking yourself out of. A few questions that cut straight to it:
- What do people always come to you for — without you advertising it?
- What's the thing you keep coming back to, no matter how many times you set it down?
- What did you love before anyone told you it wasn't practical?
- What would you do even if you weren't sure how it would make money?
- Where do you feel most like yourself — and least like you're performing?
Notice the answer probably arrived before you finished reading the question. That's the point. The work isn't figuring it out — it's trusting it enough to keep it, and building a life that lets you.
That trust is the heart of the larger work I call Wealth Consciousness.

Your Soul Contract Is What You're Here to Do. Wealth Consciousness Is How You Get to Keep It.
Knowing your purpose and being able to live from it are two different things. Wealth Consciousness is the practice that makes keeping your soul contract possible — your ability to experience, receive, and sustain wealth across money, work, relationships, health, time, and purpose. It's the philosophy that connects everything — your soul contract, receiving, your relationship with money, scarcity, and abundance — into one coherent way of living and leading.
