I Love Food – Sarah Uncut Episode 3

Sarah Uncut Episode 3 I Love Food

I’m no chef. But damn I love being in the kitchen. Food is, well, awesome. And if you’ve ever wondered what I’m like when the camera shuts off, you’re about to find out. Oh, and yes. I always have a moving playing while I cook.

In the opening of this episode, you’re seeing the 100% real me. No filter, no make up … stuffy nose first thing in the morning and all. A shout out to my friend Danielle for my Spiritual Gangster shirt. It’s become one of my favorite workout shirts.

Making healthier foods is new to our family. I love to cook, and during the last year we ate. Like, a lot. LOL So I’m working now to enjoy the time in the kitchen, but working to stay as whole and fresh as possible.

The night we made this video I as making salmon tacos. I just heard you cringe through the screen. LOL … I mean salmon tacos? Weird, right?

But they were actually crazy good.

And a huge thank you to my daughter for hanging out with me in the kitchen and helping me film. She’s a good sport.

Enjoy watching her freak out when I offer to make her one (spoiler alert, she looks horrified).

Both of our rescue animals, Mikey the cat and Bran the dog, make an appearance in this episode. They’re part of the family and we love them. And now you know them, too!

And while I always try to look nice on top, yes, I am usually wearing my Adidas slides and shorts or jeans on the bottom half. Comfort people, comfort.

Oh, and I’m totally serious, if you have great recipes for that extra coconut milk, please do post them below.

I do walk my talk, eat my own dog food … however you want to say it.

Learning how to really take care of my body is an ongoing journey for me, and I wanted to share with you what I do to maintain that when I wrap up work for the day.

Enjoy.

I looked back at the questions I get asked most often when I speak around the country (mostly on Zoom lately, thanks COVID), and my team and I whittled this down to the 12 most commonly asked questions.

I created answer for each question with a short video. You can check out the whole series here. Or Catch these episodes:
